120 homes refurbished for Sodexo and Rio Tinto. NeoWest Building recently completed the refurbishment of 120 houses for Rio Tinto at Paraburdoo and Tom Price.
Successfully delivered during the Covid restrictions and despite the persistent of high inflation and delays that challenges the industry during the project, this project has further enhanced NeoWest already impeccable credentials at delivering remote area asset maintenance solutions.
In acknowledgement of NeoWest’s performance a separate contract has recently been awarded to refurbish another 120 homes.
